Advice/Suggestions on reducing render file sizes 'enough'

Hi,

 

 

can anyone offer me any suggestions on how to reduce a wrestler select screen render 'enough' so that I can inject it with XPacker?

 

Usually I make my DDS file DXT1 1 bit alpha no mip maps, and that has been fine for the majority that I have injected.

 

Unfortunately when I try to replace Dolph Ziggler with my Nikita Koloff the file apparently isn't small enough.

 

All ideas are gratefully received!

Is your image definitely 512 x 512 (or 256 x 256 for the SSFC file)?

 

 

 

I managed to solve my own issue - it was caused by having more than one layer in the file
