Problems with custom Logos showing up?

Has anyone had these problems? Its on the PS3 and getting to the state its really annoying me as I cant do anything.

 

I downloaded a couple stone cold logos and ppv logos.

 

Went to go to create a superstar and just a grey blank space. Tried redownloading them and still the same thing. Checked the guys description and there arent any locks on them so not sure why its doing this.

 

I can edit them in PT but as far as putting it on a CAW or using a logo for a belt or for universe mode it shows blank.
