RAD Video Tools - Constant errors when trying to open file?

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem? RAD won't open ANY video file I've touched, as it throws up an 'error opening _ file', yet it will open old titantrons I made for WWE 12? I make them in the exact same way I used to yet it just won't do anything with them... has anyone got a solution for this? Failing that, has anyone got an exact step by step to how they create titantrons so that I could do that to and see what the actual problem is - whether it's the video or RAD tools.

Uninstall your version and delete all regedit entrys, than download a new version.

Tried that mate but was still having problems, only solution I found was to hop from one program to another. Resize and such in Sony Vegas, then use Adobe Premiere to render the actual file. RAD seemed to open it after that rather than a direct export from SV.
