help with downloaded .cas and .car files

this is my first post here.

So i am so frustrated right now because i have these .cas (custom superstar) and .car (custom arena) files i got from somewhere else but i dont really know how to put these files into my hdd. actually i know, but it's not working everytime i load in the game.

ps: i have xbox 360 rgh

 

if anyone can help me step by step, i would really appreciate.
