MarvstaX Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 (edited) Hey everyone, So I've been playing WWE 2k14 since it came out, gone through 30 Years Of Wrestlemania mode multiple times, done defeat the Streak with most characters and downloaded over 100 Create A Stories and played through them. Also have done other challenges that people have suggested such as Defeat The Shield, 3 Stages Of Hell (1 on 3 Handicap Match. The 3 Opponents are the 3 Different forms of Undertaker. Must use a Lower Card Wrestler as you). And some other "challenges" that actually just sucked. After all that, trying to go through Universe Mode... I gotta say I can't get used to it. It truly is a glorified Exhibition Mode. Unless of course if you have an imagination and can actually see things happening that don't actually happen in the Mode (eg, Promo's, cut scenes, Heel/Face turns, Tag Teams Forming/Disbanding, Injuries etc). Now, I like to think I have a creative mind, having won numerous short story awards during school, currently writing 2 novels and also being told by numerous people that I have a creative mind... Yet I still find it hard to just play through Universe and keep it creative in my mind. However, what I've noticed is if I actually write it down, it appears to be more creative (as others have also found out and yes I know there have been other threads of people putting their play through progression but can't find the thread). So what I've decided to do is restart my Universe but I'll be posting up Promo's, Attacks, Matches (with a rundown of what happens), Champions, Heel/Face Turns, Tag Teams Forming/Disbanding, Injuries etc etc. Through all this as well, I'll be asking for input on what should happen, be it if a team does in fact disband or who should get pushed etc. I'll be making the match cards up myself as well so the Rivalry system will not be in use here. Also, I'll be using most of the current roster in game as well as some Legends (who will only be used for short term). I also need to finish gathering some CAWs for my Universe as previously all I had been doing was using CAWs in my Universe. The Minor Shows will have the Hardcore, Cruiserweight and maybe one or two more titles for them (thinking of possibly the TV and Internet Championships as well which will be decided by Votes either weekly or fortnightly by all of you). Now, I will say I haven't decided if I'll use NXT or not as I personally have not watched NXT much and yes I do realize I have some NXT wrestlers listed in my CAWs required. So if anyone would like to put some input into which of those CAWs should be used for an NXT Show along with the current In Game Roster, I am open to suggestions! So, I'll leave it there for now, I'll be posting up the Shows/Titles/Rosters/Teams later when I am home and will also be looking to download some of those CAWs mentioned, if anyone knows of any good quality ones already around, please suggest them! Also, any feedback on if would like to see me do this or not would be appreciated, please note there won't be any pictures as I don't have a Capture Card but hopefully the text will be enough. T Agent Crane HK Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 I just made a new account and instead of rewriting the Attitude Era like I did on my main profile, what I did was decide to make my own promotion and I have up to already 80 caw slots and it took me a whole day or two to get everything prepared with the shows and ppv's and that's including custom logos, Am looking forward to what you have to offer though and I think it's sounds like a entertaining idea, but just a suggestion you should build your own promotion. Well that's what I've done on my main profile, I've got 56 Original CAWs that I've downloaded from other people and had that as my own Promotion along with current WWE (which I simulated) but again, it feels like a glorified Exhibition Match if I just play through it without being able to actually write down what's happening and make a proper story of it. Will start playing through the Universe and posting the dialogue here soon as well.. Just want to get a few more people for the roster first Cameron, Evan Bourne, MVP, Naomi, Yoshi Tatsu. Once have those 5 will be starting things up and then everyone else will be Debuting/Returning later. Also, if anyone has anyone they'd like to add to the list, please do as I do have 32 more slots to use. They can be Current or Former wrestlers, Part Time or Full Time and from other Promotions. MarvstaX Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 Okay so I had hoped to have this started by now but as I started the second part of my Dual Diploma, the first few Units have had larger than expected assignment loads, so that's been taking up all my time. I'll try to get the first week of shows up this week though, I do still have about 30 CAW's left to obtain from my list which can be seen above under MiniMugenMan's post with my original caw list (My list is in a spoiler to reduce stretching), I'll have a quick look for them before I start, but if anyone does know good versions of them already up, please do feel free to let me know. PS3 Anyway, I look forward to doing this and hope it goes well. Btw, I am still looking for input on if I should try go for an NXT show as well. As mentioned in the original post, I've not watched much NXT so don't know many of the wrestlers on there, but I am open to suggestion! Quote

A total of 59 more CAWs to obtain before I have my entire roster completed. Again, I need at least half of the NXT Roster including 2 Tag Teams before I can be happy with making a show for them. As for the second list.. I am mostly seeking Matt Hardy, Grand Master Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Rikishi, Paul London, Kharma, Kelly Kelly and MVP to start this off. They are not essential at this time though. IF anyone has information regarding people who have these CAWs uploaded please let me know! I have been looking but seem to only find bad copies.
