christoph Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Impressive NWA arenas! Are these available for download now or not until the next Legends update? Quote
N'Jadaka Posted June 30, 2018 Posted June 30, 2018 That Raw 96 & NWA arenas got me inspired. The workshop is churning. Quote

El Guapo Posted July 15, 2018 Posted July 15, 2018 These are amazing - in many cases you can't even tell which arena was the base. Really shows just how much this community has achieved in the last 5 years or so Thanks for choosing to share 1 Quote

There are 2 NWA arenas in WCW Saturday Night folder. (1988, 1989) I placed them in there cuz NWA wrestling was pretty much aired on Saturday night weekly before it phased into WCW. There are no nameplates/arena thumbnails for the NWA however. But the arenas are there. Quote

summerslammer Posted July 15, 2018 Author Posted July 15, 2018 u can fix it by opening the rope yobj in 3ds max and remapping it to a color that matches the other 3 bottom ropes. Hard to explain but I've done it before. This is why these arenas were assigned to the slots they were. These arenas are exclusive to the Legends game. so I suggest keeping them in the slot with the folder they came with. But yes u can fix it. Quote
deadman04 Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 Sorry if this has been asked, is it just the ones already in Wrestling Legends or is there a few more? Thanks for the awesome work again Quote

Thanks for the awesome work again Not sure I understand what ur asking... All I can tell you is every arena I've ever touched is in these folders. Whether I did my own from scratch, or touched up someone's else work, they are in here. All my focus went to the Legends game so anything I did help on was based on the chosen arenas for the game and all the alternate arenas are from the same selection. So, hopefully this answers ur question. The Legends game has 1 arena per slot when u are playing the game. Outside of the game u can swap arenas in and out from the folders to their corresponding slot. If you don't have the Legends game, it's gonna be a search and find for which one is gonna work with what slot. Because of ramps, ropes, etc... damn, now I made myself confused... Quote

If any of you are like me, you are planning a WWF/NWA/WCW Universe from the 80's through the Attitude Era, and though a lot of great arenas are covered, it's not complete. Even minor modifications of arenas in game for different years/eras would be stellar. Arenas missing: WWF: Royal Rumble [attitude era] KOTR [attitude era] Summerslam [attitude era] Survivor Series [attitude era] Wrestlemania arenas 95-02-ish. [I'm guessing the ones from the factory game can be swapped.] Attitude Era arenas from WWE 13: One Night Only 97 Badd Blood 97 Breakdown 98 Judgment Day 98 Rock Bottom 98 St. Valentine's Day Massacre 99 Sunday Night Heat 98 Other: No Mercy Judgment Day [99-later] Invasion NWA/WCW: *Arenas of these shows exist in game for a specific year, but different variations for different years for: NWA Starrcade/WCW Starrcade NWA Great American Bash /WCW Great American Bash NWA Clash of the Champions/WCW Clash of the Champions WCW Halloween Havoc WCW SuperBrawl WCW Bash at the Beach WCW Fall Brawl WCW Spring Stampede etc. Of course, one arena could cover a few years time with no or minor modification. All in all, it may be a time consuming pipe dream to have so many alternate arenas, but it'd really make for the most complete Universe mode of all. Quote

You have to bear in mind that as well as the actual arena you would also need nameplates and location plates with matching fonts, Matchup Screens and thumbnails if you wante to do the whole job. It would be a massive undertaking, we tried to do as much as we could with Wrestling Legends but you have to draw the line somewhere. Edited July 20, 2018 by Red Rooster Quote

Hey summerslammer I am glad that you are making some new arenas again, I was wondering if you could make a royal rumble 89 and 92 arena to go with the 95 one already and maybe a 2000 also? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II5_21bVNjA&t=80s Quote

No, at this moment, every arena I've worked on or helped work on is in this folder. Idk if someone else has some tucked away or not, but this is all I know about right now. All in the three folders. I will make more down the line. I'll update this thread when I do. 1 Quote

Summerslammer, when you do make more legends arenas again could you make a royal rumble 89 and 92 and and maybe 2000 as well, not trying to pressure you, but when you do make arenas again I would appreciate those ones. Much appreciation to all of your work enjoying the game when I play! Quote

Most of us started modding because we wanted stuff that THQ/2K wouldnt make and we also started without the wealth of knowledge and tools that are available today. Quote

Much appreciation to all of your work enjoying the game when I play! Ok... here is my plan when I get motivated again lol. First I'm gonna knock out WM 11-20 and then I'm done with them. Then I'll concentrate on some more WCW retro arenas. Then I'll do more WWF arenas. I want to get the WMs done first that way every era in the game will have a WM to represent. From golden era to Ruthless Agression. Then because WCW don't have as many arenas in the game, I'm gonna do 10 various WCW arenas. Then after that, I'll take a look at 10 more WWF alternates. A few Summerslams, Royal Rumbles, Survivor Series, and King of the Ring. I will release them in packs of 10 in that order. How long it will take me is anyone's guess. But just know, after these 30 or so, I'm done. And also note I'm making the arenas as alts for Wrestling Legends. So ramps, no ramps, multi colored ropes or single color ropes will all play a factor in the selection. I will try and get started on them this week or next. 1 Quote

Hey Redrooster, how is it going, been awhile; as you stated, I am trying my self to do some small things so I 'm not asking in vein. I ask because he does a good job, however, if he does not want to do it no pressure from me, even if you guys decide not to do anything more on the game I am content, thanks. I do have a question about the latest created wrestlers to download posted on this site from months ago. I haven't been on this site much until pretty recent; I downloaded the file also downloaded lefluffie and xpacker and I was following the steps to inject pretty much everything essentially works, but I cannot get the whole 2k14 saves file 00000001 to load on lefluffie. The whole file opens to where I can I can only get all the files in the saves to load one by one; am I doing it right or am I doing something wrong. I watched as many videos as I could. The problem comes when I open the extracted savedata file made in xpacker it does not show the listing of the wrestlers already in the gave. Maybe I need to load each file one by one from the saves? I will keep trying. Quote
RetroG. Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 The main thing is I am not able to see the wwe2k14 file when I open it in the xpacker? I figure maybe the transition from my mod xbox to pc probably not reading the file properly? Quote
