Question About Online Ban

So yeah, got banned for "performing unauthorized actions in the game". From the people I've asked, it's usually butthurt people reporting you. Thing is I've never played a match (Ranked or Player) and the only stuff I've uploaded to CC that I could see causing the ban are a few hacked PT logos, but mostly obscure stuff that you wouldn't find unless you were looking for it and certainly not on the scale that some guys were uploading it.

 

I've already emailed them (Put together rather nicely if I do say so myself and not the usual "OMG FUK U GUYS N FUK UR SHITY GAEM" that they probably get multiple times per day, haven't gotten a reply yet but I'm curious as to my chances of actually getting this ban lifted? I assume it's permanent because there was nothing in the message about a timeframe or anything.

my lil bro was playing a chipped xbox last year mainly playing fifa online with me now and then. he turned his xbox on before xmas and he had a message pop up 'hes banned till 2099' or something stupid like that. but its his own fault for having a chipped xbox. im not saying youll get that long but thats the only time i know of anyone getting banned. hope you get it sorted!

I heard the ban lasts two weeks. I hope this is true 'cause I was also banned which is bullshit considering tne fact that I don't have a single hacked moveset in my game.

You're not going to get banned for nothing. If you are banned, you did something wrong. Deal with the consequences.
