Help! How to open 000C.pac using X-Packer 8.1?

Yes, after changing the 000C file extension from ZLI(orginally) to BPE(since the x-packer only uncompress BPE files).

try using quickbms to uncompress

:(  quickbums couldn't find the color.dds file inside 000C.

yeah no other way but using x-packer 9 to uncompress zlib files

I can send you some pac files from my Ps3, on Ps3 they are not uncompressed. Iam using Xpacker 8.1
