What did you mod in the game prior to the loading screen error? that way we can have a chance of finding out what has happened. However I would put it down to your arc files being incorrect..

i just added an alternate attire to cm punk

It's the Arc, I am having the same issue except I usually get Fatal Crash Error

You´ll probably need to fix the arc, sometimes that errors happens.

 

Open the arc in a hex editor and look for the 00013102 and you´ll see all the CM Punk attires entries, fix the issue.

how do you know what the issue looks like!?

Eah line have a number, for example first line 00013102, next 00013104, If you get a line that is ......................., Then the game will be loading forever or getting fatal crash. That happened to me sometimes.
Only erasing the entire line and everything will works, but your problem is the TU.

Delete the TU. Nobody with mods can use the TU, cause the TU comes with a arc and def files that the game reads instead the arc and def in the game folder. So you´ll get the fatal crash always. You´ll need to follow the tutorial to add the files than comes with the TU to the game.

 

Your arc is OK.

it's def the Arc mate, had the most frustrating few days and now, within 3 hours I have all 3 community dlc and loads of mods.  go into your original dashboard and check the storage, delete all Title updates

now it loads but after it loads i get black screen

i think there was no problem but i think my game doesent work with the new dashboard version 16547

Maybe the superstar you are modding, when you update the arcs it isn´t working and you´ll need to do it manually. i think that an help you.

 

remember that the loading error can happens too when the arc is too big.

and how do i manually update the arc

Open the arc in a hex editor. Search for the pach name like when you search for COS. Example for Punk: 00013102 and it will send you to the pach file, create a new line with the same name like 00013102 but writing 00013112 fro example. Ah! you´ll need to edit the filesize in the arc too manually. I don´t know now where it´s exactly.

Watch at the filesize in X-Packer and look for it in the Arc so you´ll see where it goes and how you must editt it.
