yeah, doesn't help his case of proving he only "reviewed it" though, does it?  So, he WAS in the DL of my Jeff at some point, enough that he did something to be able to even review it...now he'd "like" everyone to believe he only previewed, he'd also like everyone to believe the date he put the review was the only time he had been to it or downloaded/reviewed it (how convenient, seeing there's nothing that shows you who did what and when, so you're assuming it was his only time going in it...and the review just so happens to come in the exact one he's accused of taking from and conveniently comes just before he releases his so he can attempt the timing excuse that's already blown up).  Other fact...you can download without leaving a review (untraceable), then come back at a different time and review it later.  However, with those matches shown on the second page, does that seem the case?  or is it more likely he did indeed download it (likely earlier than the review was placed) as well as use the formula from it...

Then if you don't give a fuck, continue doing so....everyone knows you can preview and review (which is still downloading it), but that really has zero bearing on proving he didn't download it ever at any point, so it's a null useless point in the matter being addressed.
