I'll start and you guys feel free to add: R-Truth 6 (the pelvic thrust taunt) Sweep Dropkick to Knee 1 Running Front Chop Block Clothesline From Hell (I wouldn't say it's overused per se, but to many people use it as a regular running strike) Quote

Slaughter in weird ass pink/yellow attire and he had moves like the grounded corkscrew shooting star press & Kofi's trouble in paradise finisher. When was the last time you seen his big ass do athletic moves like that? He'd tear his sack trying that . As for overused moves, mostly running spam grapples/striking moves and hacked movesets. Overused taunts are usually the quicker ones that people use when they keep using the same moves to keep you grounded over & over & over! In short, I'd like to see 2K implement an automatic 'fair fight' mandate for online matches that way it is solely based on skill and not cheating. Lame ass kids.... Quote

When I was special ref for this kid who asked me to ref his match all's he kept doing was Eve's booty pop ground moonsault the whole match after a few clotheslines. I felt bad for the other player even though he won the match, but the reaction of the spammer was priceless. Quote

It can be reversed but it's reversed most of the time by luck instead of skill. Moves like that have been called spam moves.
