Also, has anyone found out how to use all 20 slots when editing a PT file with KG's tool? Being able to only use 5 is starting to annoy me lol.

My virus scanner never reported one and the worst thing that could happen to your PS3 is, that you mess up your SaveGame.

Make sure you save and fix the painttool file in K.G's tool.

can any 1 help me out here confused as fuck haha basically it worked for 1 pt as a tester i just tried to do it again followed all the steps like it says and it shows as paint tool corrupted every time i download from online or try and try to go into pt a logo

You need to dl one logo from cc to fix the corrupted logos.dat

Strange, never had this kind of error. When i used the wrong .dds format the logos.dat was completly empty (except the logo i dl from cc). But i never had the corrupt error AFTER i dl a logo from cc.

yh its odd but if i extract the 360 save file fresh each time after ive uploaded some it works fine so its all good

The problem is the damn zlib compression, Pur3 works on it. When he beats it and he can recompress a PS3 save, then we can also recompress a logos.dat with 20 slots.

 

But you guys are really really lucky that this method and the cc download trick works.

Damn, that Zlib compression its a pain in the ass for sure!!!!!, well lets just hope Pur3 can crack the recompresion of the ps3 zlib... thaks kim for aswering!!!
