WWE 2k14 Arena Textures and match up cards Help

Yes I am trying to extract the arena and the match up cards from wwe 2k14 I know the Arena's are in the BG Folder but how do I actually extract the content from the .pac such as bg01.pac file and so forth if any body would be kind enough to a tutorial that would be great also have the Lasted mod tools x-packer, xbcompression, quickbms and HxDen- HEX EDITOR
