Crikes™
I was adding some things into CM Punk's texture and when I injected the color.dds to the 000C.pac it said "Texture file must be the same size as the orginal" What am I doing wrong? (I can tell this is a very noob question) Edited January 10, 2014 by Crikes™

iconbadgta
Its in your settings when you save the color.dds. When you are ready to save the file the mipmaps are what will really determine the final size of the .dds Once I extract the color.dds I make sure to remember or write down the exact size of it. Mine was exactly 1.32mb.. I used the texture methods I read in a tutorial here and it said to save as dxt1 with mipmaps at 4 but when I did that the dds file was 1.33mb .01mb too big. I noticed that the original file only had 3 mipmaps and when I set dds converter to 3 BAM! The dds was exactly 1.32 like the original! Dds converter is da bomb because it uses the same nivida graphics dds plugin without being tied into a big program like photoshop. I use paint.net and microsoft paint for my textures and dds converter to finish it up.
tekken57
That check exists in X-Packer to prevent you from injecting a dds file in the wrong format.
