I WANT TO MOD!!!! BADLY but still scared

Hello there, first of all i want to know if i need to jailbreak my ps3 to "mod" i just want to import some logos to create better arenas.

 

here  are my questions:

1. Do i need to jailbreak my ps3 to mod?

2. Can i import logos to ps3 without a jailbreak console?

3. How do i jailbreak a ps3 console?

 

P.S: I do not want to jailbreak my ps3, i'm scared of messing it up.

You have to jailbreak but keep in mind that all the mods which require you to edit your save file will not be possible on the ps3 for wwe 2k14. You can do everything for wwe 13 on the ps3 though.

Ok then thanks i was going to jailbreak my ps3 for wwe 2k14 just so i can create some awesome arenas and caws, thanks guys much appreciated.

so if i'm on rebug cfw and want to add a cool mod i see here to wwe2k14 (bam bam bigelow for example), what all would be considered editing my save? is this related to updating the arc file? what do i need to look for that is within the realm of what i can do with a ps3 i suppose is my question. thanks!

You can add the mod, but you save controls which wrestlers appear as dlc, names, height, etc. So if you overwrite another wrestler it will be possible but Bam Bam will have the wrong name, height etc.

thank you for your reply, that makes it clear. maybe i will try to add the appropriate brock attire w/logos at some point if the ps3 saves can seemingly never be edited, or go buy a 360. i feel ya OP, i too want to MOD BAD!!!!

I have a question. The limitations on editing saves on the ps3 mods. Is that a permanent thing or is it one of those situations where it just hasn't been cracked yet?
