Any chance you could upload the Strings.pac file to that site, too?

Not sure if it's that relevant but the strings pac included with Bugsys CDLC 6 had none of the issues of earlier strings where you had to inject I to a fresh pac each time. I've changed CDLC 6 strings a few times now an all reinjected with no issues - might be worth using that and editing yourself if you can't get the other
