iamthedoctor Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 After using a CAW, the Jukebox is gone. No big loss to me. If I wanted custom music in the menu id just use my xbox button. 1 Quote
the King Lives Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 (edited) and so this just made me laugh Actually, audio in games like this are one of the most difficult aspects to get right. The on disc mix has to constantly change as thanks to so many different situations tracks are used. To make matters worse, they have also empowered gamers to supply their own music with their own mix levels and programmers need to keep that in mind too. Still there are some audio oversights that make me cringe. Most recently is Rick Rude's Entrance, which is of extremely low quality, and even a novice engineer would never let slide. Either the audio of that track is WAYYYY too compressed, or someone gave 2K a very old and work reel (doubtful). Back on topic... I have experienced frequent pins on the PS3 version since I got the game. I'd also like to point out that Smacktalks, and especially a forum post from that community, is not an official source for information. There is no official information on what this supposed patch was actually for, and it's entirely possible that 360 users are simply getting the PS3 optimization patch as they did last year in WWE'13. It could also be that (like last year as well) the latest DLC just happened to also repair a few random issues in the game. I just tweeted @WWEGames to see if they have any info to share. *Crosses fingers* so how the hell can he sit there and say that just because we create a list of fixes (that's been confirmed to be fixes) isn't legit just cause it didn't come from the WWEGames twitter or 2k? I don't give a damn if he is a moderator over there.. furthermore he isn't even in possession of the 360 version of the game.. that really annoys me oh and after i said what i said to him on twitter, cyberocelot blocked me.. LOL Sometimes the truth hurts Edited January 8, 2014 by jeffsdomain Quote

DomJonesOne Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 PS3 didn't get the patch and still hasn't. Plus another other problem has happened. ABA Undertaker DLC is on PS Store but can't be bought if the person has the Season Pass. Another thing they need to fix. Quote
Milanista83 Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 I downloaded the patch yesterday, to be brutally honest, the patch has done Jack squat to improve my gaming experience, universe mode is still boring, they should completely patch over rivalry manager Quote
RawadM Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 (edited) Awesome! They fixed mostly the Universe Mode and sounds i think. Yes! This is a patch. Custom Titles matches are now working, no more freezes (for me). Justin Roberts is now able to speak after the thumb surgery (jk, he has audio now). That's a patch, finally. (Also during the simulation to test, i noticed that the AI now books title matches for normal show. Don't know if this was before or after the patch, but it's still good) What are the Universe things they patched? Edited January 9, 2014 by RawadM Quote

Another thing they need to fix. from the 2k forums: Hey guys, I have some answers from the folks at 2K for you... They are currently in a transitional phase between Community Managers for our community. There is, in fact, a patch planned to be released. I'm not privy to a release date, but I can confirm one is on the way. I also saw a post by DrCane in another thread that said patch notes will be released at some point as well. Quote
Alex™ Posted January 9, 2014 Author Posted January 9, 2014 Sweet, about damn, time. I wonder who is going to be the new Community Manager will be, i hope it's not one of those NBA guys. Maybe a new guy? Quote
