I remember when this section was the top section in both location and activity and that was the main draw for me; the complete and utter bullshit flamewars (is that term still used) over anything from grammar to musical tastes. Now I look and see "Ask Random Kid #37" threads and genuinelyask myself "What the fuck? Who are these people and why would I want to ask them something?" I do have a soft spot for guys like m0ts, Iain, Aero, Jitz, Sal and so one. Oh, and Ladyhawk was my nigga! EDIT: Is Sal still alive or did he die from cancer of the asshole? I can't really remember Aero stirring up too much shit either but I could be wrong about that since it's been awhile. I can only give my view and memory of the time but, even if we bickered CONSTANTLY I'd say for the most part it was mostly good natured. At least there weren't too many people I wanted to hunt down and choke the life out of... But again: That's what I remember, rose tinted glasses and whatnot. I will say I'm sure there's LOTS of old timers who'd still like to smack me upside the head with a baseball bat and some of them might be justified in that. Hell, I wish I could go back and smack myself for some things. On a side note I will say I did consider many of the members back in the day as friends. Ladyhawk and I played a lot of Gears 1, Iain was/is a good guy who I legitimently felt bad for when he was deal with his shit. And if he happens to see this and remember, cheers (or whatever) for TNA iMPACT back in the day! Sal was a total asshole but he really helped me when I would mess around in Photoshop. And when I say he'd help me I mean he did 98% of the work making my ideas come to life and look better than I had thought possible. And if anyone remembers Scoot, he are still in contact on a rather regular basis. Quote
