Adding more weapons

Hey guys,

 

Here seems to be the place to ask in regards to any sort of mod/hack, so here it goes:

 

I heard somewhere there was a tool that allows you to use more tables than the normal allocation (ie. 1 in an Extreme Rules match, 4 in a tables match).

 

Does anyone know what this is, and where I can get it?

 

Also, do you need a JTAG? I have a flashed Xbox, but that's it.
