There are so many great people I have met on this forum (and the other) and it's been a hell of a lot of fun for the most part. The support you have shown me and chats/banter we have had will never be forgotten. I ain't saying this is goodbye forever as that NEVER pans out (and I wouldn't want it to), but for the immediate and near future I can't even contemplate being involved with anything caw related. The reasons are VERY personal but I can at least say with relief it's nothing health related, though I do feel as though a big part of me has died. Since 2008 life has been a roller-coaster ride for me and it's pretty much been on a downwards tilt with the occasional loop and bump thrown in. I have made it my absolute mission to make 2014 the year I set things right, things will have to get worse before they get better but I am 100% prepared to do whatever it is I NEED to do. I'm hoping when the time is right the nCo guys will allow me to once again be a part of what has been the most fun I've ever had in a video game...even more hopeful it will be on a PS4 and I'll be hooked up to an Aussie server Big thank you too all the nCo guys...especially Doc, NoMod, Hip, Bal, Pedro, Birdy, Righteous, Wolfie, Nick, Miztah and Seany...you guys are people I would be proud to call friends IRL. Big thanks also to Paul and his staff here for this great site, keep it going how it is...i.e. fun and not even slightly nazi like And finally thanks to all the members who have downloaded the creations I've been involved with and helped keep me around a little longer thank I really should have been. I respect you from the bottom of my heart dude. It's been great having you around mate. You've been someone that I genuinely enjoyed talking to whenever I got a chance, I've nothing but things to say about you mate. I would suggest that you at least stick around the forums and post, we love having you around mate, you don't have to CAW, but I don't think taking a bit of time out of your day to post would be too bad. I can't blame you one bit for cutting the hours of CAWing out and doing something more productive. I really hope you manage to turn things around and set up shop with the wife in Australia. I expect you to drop in and PM me some details on Austrailia dude, as a huge fan of animals I've always wanted to go there and play poor man's Croc Hunter LOL. Again man, stay in touch. I am planning to scale back on CAWing as well. Not related to you leaving, however that doesn't help. I've always seen CAWing as a way for me to explore my more artistic side that I've always had as a kid. CAWing is like creating a digital portrait for me and it always kind of filled that void rather than just sketching, since I could share these with others. Ever since I've started doing comic coloring I just don't really feel the need to CAW as much anymore. I've been lucky enough to get some nice published gigs as of late and I'm thinking of doing it full time which would really kill CAWing for me. Might be time the Simopotomus pass the torch to the next generation. I'll still be around the boards helping out and I'll still make a few CAWs here and there but I don't think I'll ever put out the amount I did last year. Shit was ridiculous LOL. Quote
