New Royal Rumble camera angle..is it deliberate..?

Just a thought about the new camera angle for Royal Rumble matches, is it something that 2K have added deliberately or is it a bug?

The reason I ask is that I noticed last night that when Kane comes out I can feel the vibration (and hear) his pyro go off - what would be the point of incorporating that if you don't even get to see it?

YES! I've noticed it as well, I don't get why they added it. The angle is like a normal match, and when someone enters the match you can't even see them or see their entrance.

I also thought the 'old' camera angle helped you see what was going on inside the ring better as it was more elevated.

 

Maybe we'll see if it reverts back if/when they release a title update...

I don't know why, but I get eliminated more easily and faster with the new angle.

my entire rumble experience is glitched. Not tried in single player but multiplayer i get thrown out and the option to choose a new number sometimes doesn't appear and then sometimes does. anyone else had that?

It's the same in single player - sometimes I get the chance to come back immediately after being eliminated, other times the game seems to decide that I only deserve one attempt and once I'm out it won't let me come back!

They should have done the entrance like the wrestlefest game where you see a small box as they run to the ring kinda like the old rumble days.

That would be fantastic, but regarding the new angle, I like it as it looks more like the real Rumble.

Its a shame that we cant just have the angle to see them running to the ring.
