i tried placing them both in dlc 4 but the game just freezes after i press start

Did you inject the files into the dlc or replace them?

Thats your problem, only use replace for putting files in the SaveData.dat, for dealing with the dlc always use Inject then Sign for DevLive and Fix

i finally got the community dlc working
