What would I need?

So I still have some Christmas money left over and I was thinking about buying some sort of modded Xbox. What would I need in order to use the mods posted here? 

 

They all look awesome and would make WWE 2K14 alot more enjoyable to play.

 

So if someone who has knowledge of Modding and the mods posted here could help me out? That would be great.

Update - I had a look at how much JTAG's cost and I don't have as much right now so this can be closed Thanks

Buy a new console from walmart then go to team executers website and find somone there to rgh it. Its not hard and if you can get a 99 buck xbox from walmart you will have roughly 200 in it ready to go modded.
