Is There A Code That Turns The Royal Rumbles Rules Off, Besides The One Where You Press The L1 & R1 Buttons To Activate & Deactivate The Royal Rumble Rules?.......Like An Always Off Royal Rumble Code.

There is, but I believe it makes it impossible to win a Royal Rumble match. I think the Royal Rumble rules need to be on in order for replacement wrestlers to come to the ring.
