Select Clear System Cache. 5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes. Clearing the Game Data: (Prior to clearing the game data, ensure that you back up any Save Data so it doesn't become deleted) 1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings. 2. Select Storage or Memory. 3. Highlight any storage device, and then press A on your controller. 4. Select Games and Apps. 5. Scroll through the list until you find the game you want to clear the data, once you find it press A on your controller. 6. Delete any game related files which are not "save" files, if these files are deleted they cannot be recovered. 7. Once all of the files have been deleted, go back to the Xbox Dashboard Home. 8. Reboot the game. If this is still happening let's try this on a second 360 to see if the same issue is occurring. Cheers, Chad December 10, 2013 18:48 Thanks for your standard reply that confirms you dont really care about helping your customers. I am a member of several forums dedicated to WWE 2k14 and everybody is reporting the same issues. A patch is required to remedy these problems. If no patch is made then this is the last 2k product I ever buy. Regards December 10, 2013 20:29 AGENT Chad S. Hello, Thank you for contacting Support. We appreciate you sending us this information. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Chad S. December 12, 2013 13:58 Thanks again for your informative and useful response Chad. Is there going to be a patch or not? December 12, 2013 14:49 AGENT Chad S. Hello, Thank you for contacting Support. I would imagine that there are going to be future patches yes. We here at technical support don't get told what is going to be released in the patches until it's announced to the public. I suggest to keep up with forums and our website for what updates will be getting pushed for each patch. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Chad S. The 4th Doctor Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 that is their stock Company BS response lets hope they fix those glitches with the next DLC pack Quote
Custom-R Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Of course, that response is expected. They're just beating around the bush. Quote
FrickinAwesome Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I bet it's going to be like THQ all over again. Quote
mrblacksheep Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Maybe on Christmas we get a patch. Haha! Quote
Custom-R Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I bet it's going to be like THQ all over again. All too familiar. It seems like every company I run to acts like this. Maybe on Christmas we get a patch. Haha! Quote
Mathayus Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 That answer means that hey are not very interested in fixing the issues. For me apart the audio issues, the CAA apron ring textures is the biggest trouble. Quote

For me apart the audio issues, the CAA apron ring textures is the biggest trouble. Not just your issue, man. Many Creators are crippled! I'm not sure what they were thinking, but the logo sizing from 13 is one thing that should not have been touched. My remade SmackDown Arena is half-cool, but completely a blight on immersion experience. Quote
Alex™ Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Well 4 the record it is indeed still a THQ game, just wait till next year then the series will get that full 2K treatment like the NBA series Quote
best in the world Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I think the biggest issue I have on 360 with 2k14 is the freezing issue. It has happened numerous times while I was editing a CAW and during certain editing of Universe mode. It completely freezes up and has to be shut off completely and the Xbox has to be restarted. Getting this response from 2K is typical of what I already expected: they don't care. WWE is wanting to sell games and not make good ones, which is why 2K should develop their own game engine for the next game. I know there wouldn't be a lot of features to boast of but at least most of these issues could be eliminated by using new technology and the base game as a whole would be better with less bugs that won't be "patched" later. To be honest, if the game glitches got worse with 2k15 I'd probably stop buying the games until they change it up. It sucks paying $60 a year for a half assed game that should be fixed before it is even released. 2k14 has a lot of great features and tons of customization but the constant glitches make this game less than what it should be: almost perfect. 2K has a lot of work to do before they can say they have truly released a great WWE game. best in the world Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 In every other business, the consumers are right. I guess the 2K people didn't get that memo hence the FU Quote
Titavius Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 seriously, what the fuck. picking up this series was an opportunity to make a little more cash. they have very little interest in the series or the product! this is crystal clear. they will continue to patch the NBA games to death, because it's a product the developers have a genuine interest in and have committed themselves to fully. oh, and by the way, Rooster.. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact them Quote

Cheers, Chad December 10, 2013 18:48 Why is it that idiots like "Chad" think that clear data is going to fix a bug ridden game? Is it because like WWE '13 they don't want anything to do with a screw-up of a THQ product. Quote
Darth 6am3r Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I don't think they're going to fix this because this was a half THQ half 2K project.I hope 2K15 does it well. Quote

Yeah, that is a good point. But still, the staggering amount of glitch issues in WWE2K14 reflects badly on 2K for releasing such an inferior product. That doesn't give me much hope for 2k15 but I'll save judgment until we see what they can do this coming year. I just hope the glitches and freezing issues are solved because otherwise, these games are damn near perfect[aside from needing to innovate how the engine is used]. Quote

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact them yeah man i agree that's what i said. they just can't go 50/50 between nba2k and the wwe series.. maybe ea should have gotten the license (and i really do dislike ea for what they did to wcw's games) Quote

Or is it similar to how THQ's last remnant's operate? Either way, they'll continue to NOT do anything about it as long as they see money. No wonder they call it the "almighty dollar." Companies like these don't look at their own products--they look at the PROFIT$. What do you think would happen, though, if the profit wasn't so high? Just curious. Quote
Titavius Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 in there defence however, the game has been out now for only six weeks, which in 'internet wrestling fan time' is about 6 hours. Quote
HarlotEffect Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 Sometimes patches take longer, especially since they have other sports games to deal with. It's not like it's as bad as Aliens: Colonial Marines was. Quote
