Online Pass Problem

Hello !

 

I've got a big problem !

 

When I buy the game, I active my Online Pass in Xbox, I have already download caws on community... But today, I want to go to community, and I've got the message with the 3 choices : enter online axcess, buy online axcess or 7 day !

So I enter my online axcess again and suprise ! It won't work because the pass was already used !

 

Anybody have this problem ? And why it's happens ? I will must pay an online axcess for play online now ?

Go to WWE Shop and redownload the online access it will be already purchased just download it.

When I go to WWE Shop, Online Axcess is at 800 Microsoft Points ! I don't understand why my pass won't work now !

that's strange are you sure you're using the same profile?

I just do it with my brother's profile, I redownload it and it works in his profile, so It also work in mine
