There is a Long leather trench coat in the game which looks like the jacket he had you can put logos on that one just not the arms.

As far as Morrison the beard looks wrong to me I think its the stash throwing it off other than that it seems perfect

Maybe because people are frustrated. Take me for example. Since my CAW thread doesn't get any replies at all, I don't even bother looking at the CAW section as often.
