Xbox 360 won't read my 2k14 disc

I had no problem with my copy of wwe2k14 until now. When I try to play it my xbox makes little noises and it says open tray. I have tried 2 other games and they work.

 

this can be closed I think I fixed it by clearing my xbox cache

Hm...which Xbox 360 you have? I have a 360 S (4GB), and the only problem disc I had was NBA2K12 (used copy). Silly me got NBA2K12 again, but hadn't had any problems since. And, maybe this thing can be closed.

mine is the Orginial Xbox 360 so I am not surprised if its starting to act up

If you have enough hardrive space install the games you play the most.

I do use my Harddrive for my wwe games  its just today it was making weird noises upon start up saying open tray. I cleared the cache and it seems to work better.

I haven't had that problem but I have had massive freezing issues with my copy of WWE2K14.  And also, my 360 makes a very loud grinding noise when I am playing 2k14 the whole time.  It doesn't do it that much playing other games, but it does make noise on all games.  I have the so-called "new & improved" 360 console that Microsoft came out with a few months before they shifted focus to Xbox One.  Anyway, I am wondering if anyone else has this problem?  When I watch DVDs for example, it doesn't make that loud noise.  But I also cannot stream online services like Netflix, Hulu, or youtube on my 360 either.  All in all, I haven't been impressed with Microsoft consoles because I bought an Xbox 360 at launch when they were new and 6 months later I got the red ring.  And since I bought this newer console, it hasn't been nearly as impressive as my old PS3 was.  I'd still have that, but it got fried by lightning like 6 or 7 months ago.  Gotta love having awesome luck

Well, that's odd. But as long as you get to play your game, it's all good, right?

agreed as long as I get my Rick Rude DLC and get to play it before anything happens its all good
