Tooocoool Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 (edited) Will try this Tonight! But i always had a question..What do you get if you change the "general"sliders? Edited December 13, 2013 by Tooocoool Quote
kidsampson Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Finally, a set of sliders that work on legend. I've had excellent matches even without the epic setting. Thanks for sharing! These are legit. Quote
prowrestling Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Sorry, but I wanted to share my thoughts and opinions since my personal sliders are similar LEGEND Difficulty AI Reversals Standing Strike Reversals: MAX Standing Grapple Reversal Rate: MAX Ground Strike Reversal Rate: 0 Ground Grapple Reversal Rate: 0 Finisher Reversal Rate: A bit below 50% - doesn't matter Foreign Object Attack Reversal Rate: 50% or higher - doesn't matterDamage: Finisher Strength: MAX Foreign Object Strength: MAXGeneral: Standing Strike Reversal: 0 Standing Grapple Reverse: 0 Ground Strike Reversal: 0 Ground Grapple Reversal: 0 Finisher Reversal: 0 Foreign Object Reversal: 0 Momentum gained from attacks: 5 (around here don't remember) Momentum gained from taunts: 1 - same as above Adrenaline consumption rate: 1 - same as above So these setting makes it HARDER for you to reverse. HOWEVER, if you play on default attributes - It's still easy to reverse, but certain times even if you time an animation correct it won't reverse. The lack of ground defense allows for more non-reversible ground grapples/attack. - This is to counter act everyday reverse that can be easily timed. Also, the most important part I think it's the superstar attribute. By default you can still get pretty good matches as. I been having great matches with TrialandError's Surfer Sting and DRE41's Great Muta. HOWEVER, by tweaking the Recovery, Durability, and Defense it fits my playing style and matches end with a pinfall or submission on most finishers. Durability = how long a superstar will last. I'm tired of performing 3-4 finishers before the 1-2-3. I play the game with time limits 10.00 - it's also very similar to t.v time limitation bouts. Durability = 15 or less for Jobbers (I mean Jobbers like guys like Brooklyn Brawler, Mark Starr, Et Cetera) The less Durability the less chance he will have a chance to win. Due to less damage threshold Durability = 30 - 40 Mid Card Talent - Benoit, RVD, ETC - One finisher will end the match bouts last between 5-8 mins. Durabilty - 50 Main Event - hogan, lesnar , etc - Two finisher or more is needed - bouts last 5-10 mins + The key is having set your momentum not match speed to Fast, Normal or Slow. I would choose fast vs a jobber, and slow for mid car vs main event or mid vs mid main vs main Recovery = how fast he gets up. - I'm still testing this out, but I had it at 0 before and it seem to work well I had it at 40 now I'm testing at 25. - the point of low recovery is for SELLING moves. I'm tired of hitting nice big move only for the guy to bounce up and no sell. Grapple and Striking Defense set at 35 - this mitigate the reverse fest and its an even exchange of flowing moves and a reverse once in awhile. At 30 I get destroyed by CPU about 95% because I can not get offense in or everything is reversed. At 40 it still a challenge, but reverse are easier to time and more frequent. 35 seems like the mean between to two. Also, I suggest giving all your stats a base of 0-50 guys like hogan should never have speeds of 70. Hogan would be about 15 speed - 0 agility - 15 adrenaline - 0 jump et cetera Where as RVD would be 50 speed - max agility - 25 adrenaline - 50 jump It gives it a bit more realistic feel. These sliders have gave me a good challenge. Just wanted to share my experiences and thoughts Quote
kidsampson Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 I've tried many slider sets, even those posted by Righteous, but the ones in the first post here give me the best results on Legend. This thread needs more attention from those looking for balanced matches. Quote
Honor Me Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I'm trying these out for sure. I loved Righteous' "hard" settings, but this "legend" settings weren't doing it for me. Quote
Mathayus Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I´ll I try some settings to get better matches. Never finishers to the max or always I win with only a finisher. But I like to give realism giving objects the maximun damage. Quote
kidsampson Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I like any settings that make me lose. I never feel like I'm ever challenged for a win in these games in the single-player mode. With these I actually lose some now and then. Edited December 20, 2013 by kidsampson Quote
jam75 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Just tried out these stats(topic starter's), w/RVD vs. M. Awesome(me), & it definitely was a challenge.. RVD(CPU), really worked me over.. even put me through a table.. back & forth action, CPU didn't spam moves, are bodies were both red, but I picked up the W.. but really had to work for it... Definitely suggest using daulten's settings Quote
Daulten780 Posted December 23, 2013 Author Posted December 23, 2013 Glad to hear everyone's enjoying them! Quote
Daulten780 Posted December 23, 2013 Author Posted December 23, 2013 (edited) Try it on hard first maybe... Edited December 23, 2013 by daulten780 Quote
Daulten780 Posted January 21, 2014 Author Posted January 21, 2014 These sliders are starting to get easier. Any ideas how to make it harder, or do you guys think it's good the way it is? Quote
2Fat2Cool Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 They work great I just had an amazing match with Orton and Cm punk in a hell in a cell, back and forth match ending with me with a L by an Rko through the top of the cell Quote
