Can any of the imported models from wwe '13 and/or WWE '12 work in superstar threads?

Yes and no. You should still be able to load them in Superstar Threads but depending on whether the person you've replaced has more or less items of clothing, you may not be able to change everything.

so if its imported to its own slot as dlc on a jtag and doesnt replace an already existing model, will it be fully functional?

If you're replacing then yes, but with the limitations prim8 mentioned. If you're adding as dlc then no. This is probably controlled by ed.pac files, but I don't want to waste time looking into this. If you're adding/replacing models, you can easily create alt attires by texturing.
