Talk about ego. I guess everyone else should credit yukes everytime we make a texture and use it in the game. See thats what sets Tekken apart from all these other app makers. Quote
HeymanHustle Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Just why... vile, unacceptable and certainly not needed here. Quote
dads Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 You just slap logos on default caws. Good job. Quote
Caveman Gamer Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I noticed like 90 percent of you caws have a hood on... is that because you don't know how to blend the textures? Quote
mrelectriccity Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 I noticed like 90 percent of you caws have a hood on... is that because you don't know how to blend the textures? yea i tried following the tut on it by erasing the edge of the face with hard on 13. got it to work and downloaded the dds plug in for photoshop but when i save it must not done it in right dds format because it looks totally diff from when u save a dds on paint.net cause when i try to add the one saved from photoshop even though its same size and format still says its to big so only way can get em to work is using pain.net and it just has a simple erase tool u can fade it like u can on photoshop at least i couldn't find out how. so some parts of the edges are dark from part of the hair and all. plus can't never match the color which using a custom logo is pretty much impossible. i can get it to come pretty close but can still see the difference only other way is by using long hair that'll cover the sides but doing that with a real wrestler who doesn't have hair like that doesn't look right. like my avatar pic on the left is my real face but i have shave head and i couldn't do that in the game cause at the top see where i cut the face off at Quote

mrelectriccity Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 u talking bout when using photoshop? its my error aint sure which format to choose when saving because its totally diff options then when u saving a dds on paint.net. i know how to set the settins on paint.net but doesn't have the same options and whenever i save using photoshop and try loading up in software it says that the pic is to big even though its 256X256 like pain.net so what i have to do is do all my editing on photoshop then save it open it up on paint.net erase the white background if any then save it as dds and upload it. MopeLovesAsians Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Do all editing in Photoshop and save it as a .png. I only use Paint.NET to save those .png's as .dds. Just a personal opinion and while I've never taken the time to really get to get a feel for it, paint.NET feels like it's just one step above MS Paint. Nowhere near the level of Photoshop/Gimp Quote

Nowhere near the level of Photoshop/Gimp yeah well what i did was just download a psd plugin for paint.net so when i edit it on photoshop way i like it i just save it as a psd and load it up paint.net and save as dds when i do it that way it doesn't have the white background that i would have to re-erase like before which made it alot easier. but for some reason some pics dont turn out right like smushed or like multiple in 1 pic not all of em do it but just weird Edited December 14, 2013 by mrelectriccity Quote
