Chris2000 Posted December 10, 2013 Share Posted December 10, 2013 I have be honest, I cannot play story designer in this game anymore, thats the 8th time its froze tonight and its not saying ive lost all my story , its been corrupted apparently and a ton CAW slots are glitching it and messing it up I am making an appeal to any modders if they can help fix the glitches cos 2K sure as hell are too damn lazy to make a patch. Also typo error in my first post, I meant say it has corrupted and glitched, I think I wrote *not when meant to write *now. Don't have lot choice do I, it had a grand total of 8 hard freezes last night and then said downloadable content has been corrupted. I spent 2 months assembling my CAW's moves, entrances etc for nothing. It's not like they can (or want to) animate better scenes. They probably can't add any more scenes (as this game seemed far too focused on 30 Years)--not without an update, which we know isn't happening. Despite having even less than a year to roll out 2K14, it shouldn't be near difficult to add in new animations. Proper testing in every mode was not an issue either (at least that's what'd I'd like to think). Sure, we've got the new moves and all, new characters, stages, etc. However, I thought that the story designer could at least get some new scenes--for example, we can have a scene where a superstar, who wins leaves the ring, gets speared by someone. Another scene could be like this: A diva catches up to a superstar, but the superstar looks at the diva, and calmly tells her that he's done with her. Or another scene where we see vice versa. At any rate, although they were given less time, I'm always left feeling that more could have been done for this game, without sacrificing essential modes. Oh, but a guy can dream. I said we're able to use our imagination combined with the scenes that Universe gives us to have a better time with that than with story designer. In response to you trying to insult people by saying they must not like story telling in wrestling and just prefer spotfest type matches because they enjoy Universe mode over Story Designer. If you're tired of people defending 2k, who have just got it's hands on the game a few months ago (so I don't know who "this company" is you're referring to), you just probably steer clear of this forum and others like it.
