can someone extract the textures from DLC 2 pac files?

i tried extracting them but when i open the 000C i get an error from X-PACKER (also yes i open if from the textures archiever)

When you open the pach file you have to press the "Uncompress" Button next to 000C then save it somewhere. Then open 000C.pac with the Texture Archive option and it will open.
