Mysterio & Kingstons super hero inspired outfits have they're own logos to them, so it's nothing wrong with it. Mysterio has the question mark, Kingston has the grinning rasta guy. I don't think they can be sued for inspiration,  whereas Devitt would just be coming in with paints with clearly already copyrighted logo's to them. I supposed he can get away  with "inspired" outfits using his own logos. But I wouldn't expect many of the paints he does now.

I typed in Prince Devitt and only two came up and they weren't downloaded much and one of them only had 1 attire though, I guess I could just look through his account then look for it there, thanks for helping.
