What he wears most often these days (when he's not coming out to symbiote inspired body paint) is the A/X attire with the magic lite brite RnR jacket. To my recollection, he hasn't worn that blue attire since he started toing the RnR thing and formed bullet club.

 

Also, he wears a black sleeve on his right arm.
