As it stands I couldn't give 2 shits about any sob story this dick comes up with...get a job AND study, I did it and millions of others have/do. The FACT is you have taken money from people for a service that YOU provide...so fix it, don't dither around saying you lack time...just fix it. It doesn't matter to me as I'm now a PS4 guy but the members here deserve better than to be fucked around like this.

End of the day he has made over 2K off the back of it...there should be no circumstance where this is acceptable...WE didn't break the TOS.

This is an excerpt from the Paypal User Agreement, under "Protection for Buyers": "13.3 Ineligible Items. PayPal Purchase Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods. Payments for the following are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Purchase Protection: Intangible items, including Digital Goods" And this part: "Even if your payment is not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection, you can file a Dispute and try to resolve the issue directly with the Seller; however, PayPal will generally not find in your favor if you escalate a Dispute to a Claim for an item which is not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection."
