Arenas Problem

I couldn't find out how to mod a arena. I got into the PAC file and into the PACH it's the BPE part, because It has a bunch of ZLI's instead. I don't know what to do and I looked all over the Internet. Can someone help me get past this, I'm using XPacker 8.2 (I'm getting 9 later).

You will need 9 or later or you can uncompress using Mizta's tutorial, also the textures are in pach 0190.
