HarlotEffect Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 (edited) So no more Aubrey at 2K can this mean a move in the right direction? For some more info go here to his website. http://aubreysitterson.com/ Source: Twitter and his own website. Now who is everyone going to bitch about WWE2K14 to now? Maybe Brian will go next? Beardy Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Personally, I never really minded Aubrey. He was chill, took a lot of shit, and hell, replied to a lot of my issues regarding WWE Games on Twitter...can't say Cory, or Brien ever did the same. I know a lot of people hate his guts for whatever reason, but as I said, he didn't bother me. Best of luck to him. Quote
HarlotEffect Posted November 26, 2013 Author Posted November 26, 2013 Same he replied to my messages being polite and what not. Corey answered like one tweet as kinda like so? Go on CC at a different time. Needless to say I never tweeted him again. Quote
Tom Angel Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 I quite liked the guy, he was entertaining, helpful and seems to be a cool guy, sad to see him go but wishing him the best in whatever he decides to do. Quote
Bob_Van_Dam Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Nothing is gonna change lol, all his job was to do was advertise the pre-order and the game. Quote
HarlotEffect Posted November 26, 2013 Author Posted November 26, 2013 He'll probably do more with his comic book. Quote
DP1™ Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 I just say that on twitter like 5 minutes ago bye Aubrey Quote

Smacktalks Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 I'm sad to see him go as I thought he did a good job, especially on the livestreams. Not to mention that every time I spoke to him he was always helpful and polite. Quote
The 4th Doctor Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 (edited) Cory and Aubrey are gone now I hope B Williams stays he always gets us the good moves. Edited November 26, 2013 by The 4th Doctor Quote
The 4th Doctor Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Cory and Aubrey are gone now I hope B Williams stays he always gets us the good moves. Replace B Williams with Righteous agreed hire Righteous to do the movesets before the game is released Quote
Righteous Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 LOL! Preciate the recommendation fellas. I couldnt even imagine having access to the archives! All those matches. Good luck to Aubrey in his future endeavors. I hope they do keep B. Will as well. Quote

mrblacksheep Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 It would be ironic if the future WWE games are horrible. Quote

Irony is something else isn't it? LOL Quote
OatmeaBITW56 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Apparently, from what I saw on the 2K forums about this, Aubrey is being replaced by Ronnie 2K. One of the 2K members got a reply from 2K support saying that the new community manager was Ronnie. Quote
Chris2000 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 He has been better for past 6 months than in previous years but for me the damage was done for him before 2013, I wasnt a fan but grew tolerate him as he changed his attitude a lot this year and was much nicer but maybe changed a little too late it seems Quote
LBThrizzy Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Honestly Righteous legitimately working for WWE 2K and doing the movesets should actually literally happen. Quote
best in the world Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 This is a very smart move on 2K's part; eliminate the old THQ team and assemble an entirely new 2K team to take over. First was Cory and now Aubrey. The only person that should remain is Bryan since he obviously is a fan who loves the job. Other than that, there should be an entirely new team with new ideas and concepts on where WWE gaming should go next. Hopefully the first idea on that list will be an overhaul and complete reworking of the engine and everything on the game. 2K can start from scratch and make sure everything from the smallest details to the major ones are included and done right where THQ was lazy & complacent. Whatever makes the games better should be something that us game fans will appreciate and I see these departures of the former THQ employees as definitive steps in the right direction. Quote
