rivalries being deleted?

I know I'm not the first person to post about this, but how and why are they being deleted, it's happened to me twice already, was really starting to enjoy the game and now this happens, please tell me this a bug and that it will get patched

Was wondering a bit about this too, and when the rivalries go to negative numbers (-1 week left) after going a week longer than scheduled.
