Can you give another link, I have to re-register on 360Haven since I've been away for too long....

I would have to get another email address, register and post 30 stupids posts just to get the privilege back...

Like I've never existed......

I really don't get their way of thinking..... What... I have to check the site regulary or I'm out???!!

Ridiculous

I´m using your tool to compress a file that was larger than the original and try to reinject it to the DLC. Crossed fingers.

The trick now is to make a change in the PS3 save file, and compress it and see if it works in game :)

my friend  only problem now is the compress.....   I'm doing every test possible

explain how  ......my savegame freeze the game after the compress

The offset are the file name you have decompress before.

The xbox version reads the save uncompressed. Try encrypting your uncompressed save and using it in game.

To me something still looks like it's missing from the uncompressed save as the checksum is incorrect.

i tried  with zlib  compressed  and uncompressed save  but without success ...... the screen remains black and the console crashes

edit : investigating the file "SAVE.DAT" with surprise i see that there are 3 files zlib inside ZLIB.0  .....,so my idea is decrypt full  the save with quickbms   and look  the offsets   and make the break up  of the three files separately  and resign this  with tool zlib.
After this procedure .... add the header ZLIB.0
maybe something can be done

Canaus, i tried your script and it works but not 100% accurate. Every PS3 file in the Save has the same compression Save.dat, Logos.dat and those SSHOT (Screenshot) files. With Multiextractor we can extract the .dds screenshot from an uncompressed SSHOT. When i extract the SSHOT file with your script, the extractet screenshot has alot errors. But i can recognize the Picture.

I get the same message. But i think a wrong decrompressed save can't work recompressed. But there must be a way. K.G. tool mainly for 360 can decompress and recompress the PS3 save.

I haven't attempted to decompress/recompress anything in the game. That image is my first attempt at anything this year, I'm a very busy man don't you know ;)

this is my personal savegame  decompressed  .....x-packer 9 work only for wrestler info and moveset

Tekken wrote that the checksum from your decompressed save is wrong and that something is missing. Maybe the same that is missing from the screenshots. However k.g. found a way. So it is possible to recompress the save...but how ^^

The xb360 zlib header is not a big prob.

0x0   = magic(zlib)

0x4   = zlib version (1.2.3.0)

0x8   = compressed size

0x12 = decompressed size

0x16 = Level for de/compress  (78 01)normal (78DA)best

So after you have this infos from the first block you can check for another zlib block using the magic

The CAW file have 13 blocks lmao

On PS3 the offsets are slightly different.

0x0   = magic ?

0x4   = zlib version (1.2.3.0) ?

0x8   =  decompressed size ?

0x14 = has always "20 00 00 41"

0x20 = Level for de/compress  (it is always 78 01)
