Definitely an interesting idea. Using Reigns as a base seems like it could work too. The attire may be difficult to work around, though.

i don't think i am gonna continue this mod i also tried with bradshaw's model but failed

 

now i am trying to make cibernetico but again stuck with his Vest

Well, Cibernetico has real short hair now. so that opens up your model choices a bit more.

 

If you are going to do some lucha libre mods, I humbly suggest El Hijo del Perro Aguayo.
