How do you do the images when submiting a creation?

sorry my first time submitting a CAW & I don't have clue. I've the simple copy & paste and the drag & drop from 'my pictures' on my computer but neither have worked. What do I do?

They will never work directly from your computer, you have to upload them to a hosting site like this link below

Copy and paste the link with %7Boption%7D on it then paste that to to picture section when submitting and just remove the %7Boption%7D tags, this method has worked for me in the past ;)
