Have you backed out of the game to the start screen and loaded the game up again.

Before trying this look at the WWE Shop in-game and tell me if it says purchased or downloaded. If it says purchased try my steps above and if that doesn't exit to the home screen of the console you are using then go back into the game and try the above again. If it doesn't work this time exit the game again and re download the online pass in download history then go into the game again and load your save you are using.

It should work after any of those steps.

If you are a silver member you wont be able to access CC. Only Gold members get those benefits.
