Problem with modding dlc

Recommended Posts

Posted

I tried to mod Scott Steiner so I did what I always do, no big deal.

I used Xpacker to Injecte textures in 000A and 000C, then the ch file, the PAC file...

I updated the arc files (catalog_hd.arc and catalog_sd.arc),

Now, I used Lefluffie to reinject the updated files and Re-build.

But the game feeze when selecting Scott....

Did I miss something?

signed it as dev live, but don't rebuild it, it made the gams freeze at winning animation for me

Using xbcompress or XPacker 9 zlib compression

Very helpful advice.

I'm having the same problem, it freezes at selection.  I injected textures into ch379_dlc03.pac, updated the catalog arcs, compressed the pac, opened DLC in leflurrie, injected the arcs and pac files, dev live fix,  and it freezes on selection screen.....am I missing something?

If you updated the arcs then compressed the pac then you have done it the wrong way round.

Compress the pach, inject into pac, then update arc.

If you update then compress you will have put the wrong data in the arc file
