Milanista83 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Allow me to elaborate on the subject, so if you have a particular caw you like to control and say he/she is in a rivalry be it a title or none title, how do you play? Do you have your caw win a couple of matches and then switch over and have the opponent win a couple of matches, balancing the feud so to speak, or do you just bury them in every match I.e a one sided feud. Many thanks Quote
the King Lives Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 i go back and forth depending on the matches etc. For example i have hulk hogan in a rivalry with the giant (he's in the dungeon of doom and i'm recreating that feud he had in 95 with the giant going into halloween havoc 95) What originally happened is Jimmy Hart betrayed hogan, making the world title contract to where if a dq happened, Hogan would lose the title to the giant. So what has happened so far is in the first week of october, It booked Hogan vs Macho (both allies) I had hogan hulk up after rolling out the way of an elbow drop finisher by macho, he won the match, Post match, It showed hogan celebrating his win with the title, then the giant ran in and attacked him from behind and then grabbed the world title and hit hogan with it. In week 2, The Giant vs Macho is the match, gonna have the giant win so i can really book him as a powerful heel Quote
Milanista83 Posted November 15, 2013 Author Posted November 15, 2013 Cool sounds quite interesting, I'm having my caw feud with Ambrose for the United States title at the moment, I'm going to have my caw go in strong to the ppv and then have Ambrose retain, then it'll be the second part of the feud Quote
King Paulie Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 I almost always have the feuds be balanced. I've been doing this since Fire Pro. All the time, I already know who I want to come out on top, but I may prolong his eventual overcoming and have him lose and lose and lose repeatedly, only to get the upset win, extending the feud to then where the matches become more balanced and boom! I just finished my Goldberg V. Del Rio feud for the WHC. Goldberg won about 3 matches against him, like the 4th match I think he faced Jack Swagger, after which Del Rio hit him in the head with the title. Since then, I've had Del Rio win the matches by submission, hurting Goldbergs arm in the process. At the PPV though, Goldberg overcame the odds and beat Del Rio with a roll up. Not really the way I wanted it to end as far as the way Goldberg one, so that right there makes me want to extend the feud a couple of more weeks. Sometimes things happen during the matches, that's its easy to get a past the point of "Whats next?" Quote
