how do I get community creations?

How do I get community creations on xbox 360? I have an xbox live silver account and I don't know how to find and activate the online pass. By any chance is the online pass code in the wwe 2k14 manual?

You need Xbox Live gold to access community creations but the Online pass code is located on the back of the manual.
