TNA wrestler's moveset template in wwe 2k14

So as I was creating a move ser for my vader caw (I'll upload it the day after ttomorrow) I noticed in the templates there a moveset called the phenomenal one ...AJ styles ?? So I checked it out and it is !!!! Also you will fing kurt angle's moveset as well

And aside from that you will also find brayy wyyat's moveset and curtis axel

The only thing that I dont understand is ... can't TNA sue WWE for this ??

All the Presets are in a thread called PRESET MOVESETS in the OTHER CREATIONS section. And no, they cant sue.
