Help compressing to Zlib

Hi, i have been trying to compress to zlib but te game always crashes.

For example i was trying to compress the 000C.bpe

Here´s what i do:

-Drag the 000C.bpe to the zdrop. 

-Then i drag the 000C.bpe and the 000C.bpe.zlib to the HXD

-Then i copy everything from the 000C.bpe.zlib except the 1st line.

-Then paste over the 000C.bpe

-Then select the rest of the bits and i go to EDIT/Fill selection to make all the other bits in 0

-Then on the 1st line of the 000C.bpe i write 5A 4C 49 42 30 12.

Can anyone explain me what am i doing wrong?
