Modded Xbox 360

Hello,

 

I'm new to this whole modding thing and would love to be able to download a game save when one of the many extremely talented people on here start making them available. At the very least, would love to be able to download specific characters that other modders have tweaked and improved upon or created. 

 

My question is what type of modded Xbox should I be looking to purchase? I am unfamiliar with the details of how to get this all working. I see that there are a myriad of different things available. Does anyone have any recommendations of what I should purchase to be able to do any of this?

 

Also, how does one acquire the DLC with a modded console if they cannot used Xbox Live? I'm sure all of these questions have been answered in the past. I would appreciate any help I can get. Does anyone here charge to install and do all of this stuff for someone? Please let me know!

I would also like to know this except for the PS3.

 

I think an old PS3 slim of mine is old enough to be able to mod. So do I need the E3 flasher or something like that in order to use any of these mods?

Look into getting a Jtag or RGH Xbox 360, you be able to get DLC content without being on Live if you look around on Google

 

As for the PS3, it all depends what Firmware you on. Your PS3 need to be on a Custom Firmware in order for these mods to work.

Is it possible for a non modded xbox 360 to read 2K14 saved files with modded characters within the save? Or not?

My firmware is the latest unfortunately, but I read that you can mod it with the E3 flasher and revert it back to version 3.55 then jailbreak it. Is this even correct?

 

My other question is basically how easy is all this? WWE2K14 is pretty much the only game I'll be playing and I love all the work that people are doing. I really don't want to spend the money and risk ruining my PS3 if I won't be able to use any of the downloads that people have made.

The modded files arent in the save they are the game files that are saved on the harddrive so you need a JTAG/RGH xbox.
