I feel like people judge Chris Hero/Kassius Ohno CAWs off of other CAWs of him, not actually off of his face. Mine is the closest to Hero I have seen thus far, although I know there are several things that need fixing.

Nah always judge off faces... plus theres a MASSIVE diffrence in getting proportions down and actually capturing a look. I like the one you have going but its got abit to go yet to claim its the best.

I think one thing that is killing that Gargano for me is the way the mustache is completely horizontal above the lip... his mustache arches more.  Also I feel like the forehead is too big which may be because of the hair choice... I don't like that hair for Gargano... it reminds me of Anthony Nese.  I also think the eyes need to look sadder/more sloped.  That being said, it is a good start.  I think Gargano is ridiculously hard to capture.

His lips also don't have that puckered look to it, that's the main issue, to me anyway. It isn't the mustache that makes it look that way, it's the actual morph.

I personally see much more of him in this skin than the others. Especially in the eyes. I'll flick through the others, but to me this seemed the better choice. I think this skin makes the nose look a little wider than it is, but i'll definitely be adjusting the morph and detailing to work with it.

I kind of like the Hero. Lips look too wide but it looks solid.

 

Gargano is good but as mentioned the lips are too high and it looks like he is trying to sniff his upper lip.

 

O'Reilly is my favorite of the bunch but I agree with Pete that he looks a little "plastic". Could you maybe lower the opacity on the face paint to get a little more roughage to the skin or does that kill the look of it? Outside of that the head looks a little too small in the full body shots.

 

Sadly, I don't know some of these other guys very well but they all look good from the pics I have seen.

I think you either need to add another mustache on top of the one you have or add designs to make it more of a ( shape rather than the [ shape it is now.  I really think that stache is throwing it off for me.  Can you post a ref of his new hair style?  I actually have his match against Hero to watch, but just haven't gotten around to it.  I do think the changes you made are better.  I think you will nail it eventually.  He is ridiculously hard to get, but you are getting closer and closer.
